For B2B Customers · Built for Australia

Reward the sales that matter. Across your whole network.

Vouchley is the B2B incentive rewards platform Australian suppliers use to motivate distributors, dealers, and frontline sales staff. Set the rules, pick the products, and see every point earned and redeemed.

Industry research

Well-designed channel-incentive programs lift revenue by up to 32%. And reach market share above 30% in most markets.

The Incentive Research Foundation's channel-partner case study (a Fortune 500 manufacturer selling through resellers) found a well-designed non-cash channel-incentive programme increased total revenue by 32%, reached market share exceeding 30% in 9 of 12 markets, and raised net operating income to 19% of revenue. A foundational meta-analysis catalogued by IRF (Condly, Clark & Stolovitch 2003) found a 22% average performance gain across all incentive programs, climbing to 44–48% for programs running 12+ months. These are industry-research figures from one channel programme and a meta-analytic average — not a typical or promised result; your individual outcome varies with programme design, audience, and execution.

Built for channel teams

What you get with Vouchley

Built for channel teams. Not consumer loyalty bolted on.

Structured programmes, not gift-card spray

Design points-based programmes with eligible products, audience segmentation, and time-bound campaigns. The full lifecycle, in one place — earn, track, redeem, report.

Real-time analytics for the budget conversation

Dashboard widgets for points liability, programme spend, ROI estimate, redemption rate, top redeemed products, tier distribution. PowerBI-style at a glance.

Catalogue redemption participants actually want

Thousands of products across every category. End users pick what they want, not what you guessed — with optional cash top-up for higher-value items.

Your acquisition front door

QR codes per location that drop people into self-serve sign-up. Bulk email invitations. Broadcast EDMs. Run your own marketing without a Vouchley-time tax.

Native integrations to your sales systems

Salesforce, SFTP, REST webhook, CSV upload, Xero. API-first ingestion of qualifying activity so points award against real sales data, not honour-system check-ins.

Australian-built. AU data residency.

Privacy Act-ready (APPs 1–13). Data hosted in Sydney. SPAM Act-compliant comms. FBT-aware accounting. Sequential tax-invoice and credit-note records, ATO-clean from day one.

Marketing Campaigns

A campaign library you actually run

Promotions to spike specific behaviour, marketing emails to keep your network engaged, and reusable audiences that tie it all together — from your own dashboard, on your own timing.

Promotions that spike behaviour

Points mechanics that target the exact behaviour you want more of. Every promotion runs inside your programme budget cap.

Tiered earn accelerator

Step the multiplier up with volume inside a window — reward the marginal sale hardest, where channel lift lives.

Product-launch bonus

Bonus points the first time a rep logs a sale of a newly-launched line. Drives trial of new ranges.

Double-points window

A flat multiplier across a set period — the classic spike mechanic for an end-of-quarter or trade-event push.

Leaderboard sprint

Time-boxed leaderboard; the top reps at window close share a bonus pool. Competitive, budget-deterministic.

Streak / cadence challenge

Reward reps who log a qualifying sale every week of the month. Smooths the lumpy channel-sales pattern.

Win-back offer

A head-start bonus for dormant reps who come back and log a fresh sale. Re-engages the lapsed tail.

Marketing emails to your network

Broadcast emails you compose once and send to a segment — brand-styled with your logo and colours, sent through Vouchley.

Programme welcome series

A short drip fired on enrolment — "you’re in" → "how to earn" → "first reward to aim for". Activates invited-but-not-yet-earning reps.

Reward spotlight

A merchandised email featuring catalogue rewards at relatable points prices. Turns an abstract balance into "you’re two sales away from this".

New-ways-to-earn announcement

Tell your network about a new earning path, eligible product, or rule change. Keeps the programme feeling alive, not set-and-forget.

Milestone nudge

A personalised "you’re close" message near a tier threshold or streak milestone. Drives the next action without a discount.

Audiences & segments

Name a segment once — top-quartile dealers, dormant 60-day, new this quarter, a region — and reuse it across every promotion and email. No re-specifying filters each time.

Campaign kits

Bundle a promotion, an email, and an audience into one named campaign with a shared start and end and a single results view. Run your June dealer push as one coherent moment.

At MVP, Vouchley sets these up with you. The full self-service toolkit — QR self-enrol, the EDM builder, the funnel widget and the organising layer above them — is included from the Scale tier; Starter covers bulk email invitations and the first-earn journey. Either way, you decide the audience, the timing, and the message.

The questions B2B customers ask first

How is Vouchley different from gift cards?

Gift cards are a payout — you hand them out and hope they motivate the right behaviour. Vouchley is a programme. You set the rules, Vouchley tracks every point from earn to redemption, and you see which campaigns, products, and participants are driving lift.

How fast can I launch?

Starter and Scale tiers run 4 weeks from contract to first participant earning points. Enterprise runs 6 to 8 weeks because it usually involves a Salesforce or SFTP integration to your sales system. Vouchley does the operational setup on your behalf — concierge model.

What does Vouchley do vs what do we do?

Vouchley does the operational lift — programme setup, catalogue, fulfilment, payments, returns, support. You make the decisions (audience, eligible activity, budget, brand) and run your own marketing via the self-service Marketing Toolkit. Vouchley runs the operational side on every tier — that is the concierge model, not a tier restriction.

Can we trial it first?

Not as a standing offer — Vouchley doesn't run a trial rate, a beta rate, or a discounted starter period. The pricing you see is the pricing, for every customer. What we do instead is scope the first programme so the risk is small, visible and reversible: your terms are agreed with you and written into your Statement of Work; the monthly budget cap is a hard stop the platform blocks against, not a guideline; the first programme runs to a defined initial term and is then reviewed, with either side free to decline to continue; and where your Statement of Work includes an early-cancellation right, you can end it during the exit window on 14 days' written notice, for any reason. Best way to start is a 45-minute demo.

Twenty more questions — including pricing, contract structure, exclusivity, self-serve campaigns, integrations, data privacy, and Xero / ATO handling — answered on the full FAQ page.

Customer stories

The first case studies are months away. The honest framing:

You'd be an early Vouchley customer, and you'd pay the same published pricing as the tenth one. What being early changes is scope, not price — the first programme is scoped tightly with you, written into your Statement of Work before you start, and reviewed at the end of its initial term. Until that first case study is in writing, we anchor only on published research — the Incentive Research Foundation's channel-partner case study (up to 32% revenue lift, market share exceeding 30% in 9 of 12 markets) and the Condly/Clark/Stolovitch 2003 meta-analysis IRF catalogues (22% average, 44–48% over 12+ months).
